BRB International and Azelis UK Life Sciences announce a strategic partnership agreement for the latter to exclusively distribute specialty ingredients for personal care applications in the UK and Ireland.

This will include the diverse catalogue of silicone materials, produced by BRB, with the agreement occurring with immediate effect.

“This is a very exciting and challenging new cooperation for BRB in Personal Care, our primary market for silicones,” says Gregoire Amice, Product Line Manager Personal Care at BRB Silicones.

“The Azelis business represents a trusted and established brand throughout the personal care industry and we are delighted to become a key player supporting the continued success of their experienced, technically-oriented sales team.”

Azelis has long been a distributor of specialty innovative ingredients to the personal care sector and says that it understands how much of a priority this market is to BRB and its portfolio given the significant investments and customer support the ingredients supplier has made, which has resulted in solid business growth.

Partnership confidence

The distributor says it is confident the partnership will be a success as the product portfolio and philosophy of BRB accords fully with the ambition of Azelis to further develop its influential presence in the UK and Ireland, which are key strategic markets.

“We believe that our customers will strongly benefit from this partnership with BRB, a significant player in silicone manufacture and supply,” says Terry Yeates, Regional Business Manager,Personal Care, Azelis Personal Care.
